We’ve bashed Europe, Asia even The US – do you think our Neighbors to the
North would go completely unscathed?
While Vancouver has been listed as “The
Number 1 Best Place to Live” on several lists, Canada also is home to Port
McNeil whose claim to fame is that it is home to the Worlds Largest “Bump on
a Log” – no not some big fat guy sitting around drinking Molson and Watching
Hockey – we mean an actual “bump” on a tree, called a Burl, or “Tree Wart”.
And speaking of Hockey, Port McNeil’s other great tourist attraction, at
least as proclaimed by its welcoming sign as you drive in – is that it is
home to Defenseman for the Vancouver Canucks, Willie Mitchell.
