Clonmel Ireland is a real backwater town. I’d call it a one horse town but
from what I hear there are probably more that a few horses there. And a fair
amount of horse shite.
The residents and local economy exist for only one
thing: apples. They eat and drink just about everything made from apples,
everyday, every meal.
One frequent visitor to the county observed that the
resident’s skin has taken on a particular green hue from so much apple
consumption.
There are only two clubs in Clonmel, but they both serve
just one thing -Bulmer's Cider - on tap of course.
