Best Feature:

The no longer Number 1 (so do they try harder?) Brazzaville , Congo was for
many years on many different lists “The Worlds Most Dangerous city” and “The
Worlds Worst Place to Live” – most now give that distinction to Baghdad.
However years of civil war and unrest have left Brazzaville still always in
the Top or Bottom 10 depending on how you look at it.
Burnt out abandoned
buildings are still havens for crime, drugs and other illicit activities.
The government is entirely corrupt, electricity and water still are
haphazardly available, and according to the UN more than 40,000 guns are in
the hands of Congolese citizens, on the other hand it has been reported that
the cell phone service in Brazzaville is rather reliable.
